Drive up north for 17km (1hr) and begin the visit of Mantadia National Park.
Primary forest, excellent for Indri sightings which is a moderate hike (good physical condition recommended): Retun to the village, stop at Vakona for an afternoon visit of reserve, this visit will give Lemur close encounters experience.

Transfer to Andranokoditra to board the legendary local jungle train crossing remote eastern rainforest landscapes.
This unique experience offers authentic encounters with local communities living along the railway line, where daily life unfolds around isolated train stops deep inside the forest.
